Two corona patients in Depok were tested positive
President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) said two Indonesian citizens (WNI) tested positive for the corona virus or (Covid-19). Jokowi explained that the corona virus that spread in Indonesia was revealed after there were reports of two Indonesian citizens establishing contact with a Japanese citizen who was positive about corona.
Both are residents of Depok, West Java. While the Japanese citizen is a close friend of the girl. Two Indonesian citizens who were positive for the corona virus (Covid-19) are currently being treated at Prof. Infection Disease Hospital Dr. Sulianti Saroso, North Jakarta.
"There are Japanese people who went to Indonesia and then lived in Malaysia. Checked there turned out to be positive Corona. The team in Indonesia immediately searched," he said, in Jakarta, Monday (2/3).
Minister of Health Terawan Agus Putranto explained the chronology. A Japanese citizen living in Malaysia. He traveled to Indonesia, then returned to Malaysia.
"His close friend (31-year-old woman), then on February 14, if I'm not mistaken, feel coughing and not feeling well, and go to the hospital on the 26th, go home," Terawan said at the Infectious Diseases Hospital Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso, North Jakarta.
The patient is a Japanese WN dance partner. While in Malaysia, the Japanese citizen informed him by telephone that he was positively corona. The 31-year-old woman then told her doctor.
